Training enquiries
Workshop seats, clinic appointments, and related lessons are confirmed only after we accept your enquiry in writing. Published rates are informational. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer of investment advice, portfolio management, or a promise of trading results.
Intellectual property
Text, curriculum outlines, workbook samples described on the site, and visual design are owned by Flowtech SaaS or its licensors. You may not copy course materials for resale or public redistribution without prior written consent. Personal study notes you create during a paid lesson remain yours.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt servers, scrape content at abusive rates, submit fraudulent enquiries, or impersonate others.
Liability
Training improves chart-reading skill; markets remain uncertain. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowtech SaaS is not liable for trading losses, indirect or consequential damages, or decisions you make after attending lessons. Our aggregate liability arising from site use is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific lesson giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim, or £100 if you have paid no fees.
Third-party links and charts
External charting platforms, market data vendors, or linked articles are outside our control. Their terms apply separately.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.
